We're a mobile service — we bring everything to your Highlands Ranch address and leave the water clear, balanced and ready to get into.
Highlands Ranch is the southern end of our range. We come down here regularly, but if you're further south than this it's worth a phone call first so nobody wastes a trip.
What we do in Highlands Ranch
Everything below is available at any Highlands Ranch address — hot tubs and pools both. Regular cleaning and water care, full drain and refills, seasonal pool openings and closings, filter work, and the small jobs that go with them. Prices move with travel and with the size of your tub or pool, and we confirm the exact figure before we start.
Hot Tub
The regular visit that keeps your water clear and safe.
Our standard service call. We clean the shell and waterline, check and rinse the filter, clear the jets and skimmer, then run a full water test and balance the chemistry. Book it as a one-off when the tub needs attention, or set up a recurring visit and stop thinking about it.

Pool
The regular visit that keeps your pool clear and swim-ready.
Our standard pool visit. We skim the surface, brush the walls and tile line, vacuum the floor, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, check the equipment is running as it should, then test and balance the water. Book it as a one-off or set it up weekly through the season and forget about it.

Hot Tub
A full reset when the water is past saving.
Dissolved solids build up over time until no amount of chemistry will fix the water. We drain the tub completely, scrub the shell and jets, clean the filter, then refill with fresh water and balance it from scratch. Most tubs need this every three to four months.

Pool
Cover off, equipment back on, water swimmable for the season.
The spring start-up. We pull the winter cover, clean it and fold it away, reinstall the pump, filter and plumbing that came off at closing, top the water up, prime the system and get circulation running. Then the water gets shocked and balanced from its winter state, which is usually the slowest part.

Pool
Lines blown out and the pool properly closed before the first freeze.
The Front Range freezes hard, and water left sitting in the lines is what splits pipes over winter. We blow out and plug every line, add antifreeze, drop the water level, deep clean the pool, put in the winterizing chemicals, pull and store the equipment, and fit the cover. Book it before the first hard freeze, not after.

Pool
Bringing an algae-green pool back to clear.
When a pool has gone green there's no single visit that fixes it. We test and assess how far gone the water is, shock it heavily, treat with algaecide, brush the whole surface down and vacuum the dead algae to waste, then run the filtration hard. A follow-up visit rebalances the water once it clears.

Clean and condition the cover while we're there.
Hot tub covers take the worst of the weather and are the thing most often neglected. We clean and condition yours to stop the vinyl drying out and cracking, which keeps the heat in and your power bill down. Usually added to a service visit.

Keep the UV sanitizer actually sanitizing.
The UV bulb in a CLEARRAY system stops working long before it looks burnt out — most need replacing once a year. If yours is past due, the system is running without doing anything, and your water is relying on chemicals alone.

A tired cartridge clouds the water and strains the pump.
Filter cartridges wear out no matter how well they're rinsed. Swapping in a fresh one restores flow, clears the water, and takes load off your pump and heater — the cheapest insurance your equipment has.

A choked filter is usually why the water won't clear.
Cartridge, DE, or sand — a filter that's loaded up stops moving water long before the pressure gauge makes it obvious. We strip it down, deep clean the elements, check them for tears and wear, then reassemble and confirm the pressure has come back to where it should be.

Booking a visit in Highlands Ranch
Pick your service, choose a day and a morning or afternoon arrival window, and send the request. We confirm it ourselves — you get a calendar invitation once we've accepted, not an automated reply. If you'd rather not think about booking again, Easy Schedule sets up recurring visits weekly, fortnightly, twice a month or monthly.
We're open Monday – Saturday, 8am – 4pm. If you'd rather talk it through first, call 720-672-0866 — that's usually quicker than the form for anything unusual.
