Pool
Cover off, equipment back on, water swimmable for the season.
The spring start-up. We pull the winter cover, clean it and fold it away, reinstall the pump, filter and plumbing that came off at closing, top the water up, prime the system and get circulation running. Then the water gets shocked and balanced from its winter state, which is usually the slowest part.

Pool
Lines blown out and the pool properly closed before the first freeze.
The Front Range freezes hard, and water left sitting in the lines is what splits pipes over winter. We blow out and plug every line, add antifreeze, drop the water level, deep clean the pool, put in the winterizing chemicals, pull and store the equipment, and fit the cover. Book it before the first hard freeze, not after.

Pool
Bringing an algae-green pool back to clear.
When a pool has gone green there's no single visit that fixes it. We test and assess how far gone the water is, shock it heavily, treat with algaecide, brush the whole surface down and vacuum the dead algae to waste, then run the filtration hard. A follow-up visit rebalances the water once it clears.
